At a SM and have interviewed candidates, ignore title.
People think these SM processes are solved like PE/IB. lol this isn’t something you can memorize or rehearse in order to get it right. We can ask you whatever we want. Doubt most places even use a question sheet, more so just what the interviewer is feeling it at the moment.
