UBS PAID INTERN AQ INVESTMENTS NEED HELP

hey guys

Quick question if anyone knows what the deal is with paid Asset Management internships at UBS. It's paid so i know it has to be legit because they are paying me a lot of money, but my only problem is I'm the only intern in my divison resulting in no formal training process, also making it very hard to seperate myself from the pack. I've read many forums and Ive seen that UBS has a high conversion rate for a full time offer for paid interns but I want to know what the deal is with that. Is that true if you are the only intern? Also I am in Alternative and Quantitative investments and am more interested in the trading aspect of the hedgefund so if i WERE to get a job offer is it possible to take a job in a slightly different field? A&Q has trading and analytics both of which i am interested in but I am doing investor services which is neither of the two. SO if i were to get a job with investor services would I be able to switch... ALSO will they formally tell me at the end of my internship if i get hired or not?? anything with help a lot. BTW whats the deal with the graduate training program??? Can u get referred for that regardless? Let me know thanks a lot. Lastly I am an incoming senior so i want to have a signed offer before school starts!!!! thanks again guys!
