Vitol's London partners (~400) are on $5-7M
And this includes retired shareholders and are just the dividend payments. In commodities it feels like Vitol really pays the most. Average employee comp was also 800k vs 300-400k at peers (Gunvor, Trafigura, Glencore, etc.)
