I'm an Undergrad student doing an integrated masters at a golden triangle uni in the UK. Ideally I'd want to work as a Quant at a HF after I graduate in two years. I was able to find an internship this summer as a Quant at a fintech and I want to know what I should do to maybe be able to secure one at a HF next summer and potentially after I graduate.
