When is it too late to jump from ER to Pod?
I’ve had 2 late stage interviews at Pod shops and going on 29. Have 2 YOE at small SM and 2 at ER shop.

Former MD at my old MM firm left for a big 4 pod shop on allegedly a 7 figure deal.
Have a friend joined a new launch pod at C/M in his mid 30s with his senior analyst retiring within 5yrs. Was single and a lowkey guy. So depends on your tolerance
Really appreciate the responses here. For me it really comes down to - can I make the jump and have enough time to be at risk table before 10 years pass - it goes really fast… esp. when you have guys coming into the model right out of college
