Where do I start?

I worked really hard in undergrad and started working at a specialized boutique investment bank in NYC. It hasn’t been long at all and I’ve come to realize that putting together bullshit decks at 1am isn’t really what I want to do.

I’m interested in a fundamental L/S equity fund. Where’s a good place to start (reading, networking, etc)? Thank you.
