Which city has the best net income for hedge fund PM/manager, assuming the funds would be the best they can be in their given city?
Also considering taxes (no double taxation*) and cost of living, which city would win?

Comp as a PM is fairly uniform across geographies (P&L is P&L). So all you're asking is which cities have lower tax rates. If that's the only variable you think about (sad), then Dubai or HK as an expat have very low tax rates.
Which is why it is a stupid question. Also working a HF and being a basket weaver for a firm is the same taxation rules.
