Which has better exit opps to hedge funds? IB or top trading desk at BB?
Genuinely curious which is better if the end goal is to work at a hedge fund (preferably macro or RV). I have no interest in going the PE route. By "top" trading desk I mean rates vol, equity index vol, credit index vol, etc. If I go the IB route, what teams should I gun for?
