Which internship for landing HF gigs next year?
Hey everyone,
I am a penultimate year student in a top European uni interested in having a career in investment management. I am particularly interested in long/short hedge funds.
I have completed an audit internship at a Big4 and I now have two different offers for the coming summer: - 10-men MM investment bank, focusing on M&A transactions; - small ER shop.
I also have an interview lined up for a PE internship in a small regional fund.
Which one do you think is better? Note that I am not really interested in M&A and I would probably prefer a career in ER compared to IB, but doing an IB intership still looks like a good opportunity.
Thank you!
