It's a pretty compelling argument!
Go figure out what the government will give you heavy subsidies to do for them and then hope they continue the gravy train long enough that people actually start buying/using your product.
Then go on social media and lie through your teeth or troll people until you have legions of fanboys who bid up the stock of your companies! Poof, you'll be worth 12 figures.
