Hey guys,
I have to perform a LBO as an assignment. We have gotten a lot of freedom on how to do the LBO, how to do our valuation and how to make our model.
Since I have no prior experience with performing a LBO (I do however have experience with making models, performing valuations in the likes of DCF, multiples etc) I would like to ask if there is anyone here that has true practical experience and is willing to help me a hand (I am a quick and keen learner).
