New to all this.. would like some guidance if possible

I dont know how to start... but here goes nothing ....and i apologize in advance if i am just typing away i have a lot to say so i might be all over the place. lol I am 29 years old in Miami Florida I started trading stocks and options in my cash account on tdameritrade 7 years ago. to make a long story short first 4 years was brutal i didn't know anything ! I was learning how to trade (no college degree here) with real money lol(no demo account). Start reading books, youtube videos, investopedia was/is my best friend. I finally learned how to study charts, level 2, options greeks, risk management etc. Now after 3 years my trading has been up and down very minimal, since i dont have time to trade with a full time job in payroll adp. now my wife and i were talking and i decided i want to get into the financial industry to see if i can learn more and spend more time in the market environment if possible. I started reading online and notice i can obtain finra licenses with out sponsorship example series 3 was thinking that route since i dont have a degree and done want to get into student loans. but i am a little overwhelmed with the amount of training courses available on the web. I know in this post im all over the place but question is what prep course are valuable ? example i see kaplan throw around alot when I talk to my fellow traders. I want to get in to the industry whether it be a stock broker or analysis or whatever clean windows next to a trader idc something to be able to get to learn more and have some success at it. i applied to a few company like Goldman sach and Merrill edge as a financial adviser just to get my foot in the door not sure if they will interview me since i dont have a degree but whatever still going to try. any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. ideally i would love to be a full time trader for my own account but i would also love to have the knowledge of everything related to the stock market. maybe one day open up a hedge fund who knows.
route I plan on taking is to get every license that is not sponsored
SIE series 3 and series 65. would like to study material and or course suggestions.

Again sorry im allover the place dont have time to edit since im at work right now. lol curious to see if i get responses back
