Oil and Gas Royalties
Has anyone here invested in O&G royalties. I was recently sent over some info about a deal and the returns seem extremely high but you’re running a big risk since the income isnt secured because it’s based off of royalties. I’ve met the guys who are putting together the deal and I feel pretty good about it but the returns are way too good. Does anyone have any experience with this?
