Which are the most attractive software stocks right now and why? Happy to receive some input on this as there are many SaaS stocks that are down significantly and surely some of them will have been punished too hard.

Concentrix does customer experience (CX) software for many websites, and I believe it is fairly undervalued relative to fundamentals. Of course, do your own research before you make any decision to buy or sell.

Sumo Logic’s valuation is attractive, but unfortunately it’s being taking private by FP. Good rev growth with higher gross margins, but dreadful operating profitability. It was owned by VC for many years leading to what’s now largely a bloated organization needing a revamp.

Product is good with strong loyalty and net retention numbers (115%). They have one of the best on-prem and cloud software services in the market.

Doesn’t meet the rule of 40 at current but certainly can get there, getting it to a value closer to peers (Datadog is a high water mark).
