Why are NYSE stocks that have their IPOs popping off?

The last few IPOs on the NYSE are jumping by huge numbers, and honestly, they aren’t even that great as stocks. It makes you wonder—why is this happening? Especially with the current market environment, where sentiment is shaky and fundamentals actually matter, it seems kinda odd that some of these names are surging over 20%, and in some cases even up to 600%, on day one or within a few sessions. Then they crash hard, but still end up trading way above their IPO price. Feels more like hype and low float manipulation than real investor conviction.
