Young bankers in the US banking industry

Hi everyone
I work for a French financial magazine named L'Agefi, in Paris. I cover HR topics in the financial sector and my next article is about how Wall Street banks attract young people and retain their young bankers. I am seeking for comments about this subject, could you please tell me what you think about it.
