JPM - have heard of favoritism across the group, a lot of mediocre mid-level bankers and verbal abuse (and instances of people throwing mouses at each other). Wonder if this is where you are.
Have heard that GS and RBC Houston are incredibly toxic

JEF's extremely sweaty not toxic. The hours are a result of the deal flow (other groups such as RBC and JPM are toxic because of the behaviors of the seniors and other factors). I think the juniors at the firm are really cool. Maybe a little nerdy, but cool regardless.

JPM seemed incredibly toxic a few years ago, based on conversations with their newest associate class at the time.
Coincidentally, half of that class got pushed out less than a year into the job.
Is it still incredibly toxic now? Just curious since I know some people who are going there for FT.
