12 hour days - good WLB?
Is 8am-8pm considered good WLB in this industry? Does this get any better with promotions. Not pulling all nighters anymore - but still averaging 60-80 hours a week.

Depends, are we including weekends? 12 hours Mo-Fri and little / no weekend work sound like an absolute dream (can’t believe I am saying this shit)
12 hr days with protected weekends at street pay or slightly below sounds like paradise
