150% Bonus for London VP3 - How Good/Normal?

I am joining a small infra/energy boutique full-time out of undergrad in London. I am aware only of my base pay as an An1 which is more or less in line with the likes of DC Advisory, Houlihan etc.

From my own experience, boutiques can be super hit or miss with bonuses - my preference is to work at a boutique over classic BB/EB/MM banks but comp down the line is something that is quite difficult to gauge at these smaller firms.

My only data point for said comp down the line is a VP with base around £130k and bonus of 150% in a good year. How does this compare? Apologies for the naivity in advance - thanks guys.
