Are the Manhattan Prep guides published in '14 still the go to guides?
https://www.amazon.com/Complete-Strategy-Guide-Manhattan-Guides/dp/1941…
Would like to know as well, have ordered the Manhattan Prep GMAT books but get overwhelmed when I think about mile-wide, inch-deep material we need to know.
Same - I've also heard really good things about Magoosh, which is much cheaper... I ordered the official GMAT study material but looking to pick up one of the supplements
check out GMAT club and the WSO MBA forum for discussion and resources. I am using Manhattan Prep and the Official Guides to prep. From what I've read, you do not need to get the most recent version of Manhattan. I bought the full 10 book set on Amazon 5th edition used for ~$60.
I'm currently using Magoosh. A year subscription to their online portal is like $150....definitely worth it. It takes you through the quantitative section (I haven't started on the verbal section) in a logical sequence, and you can do a brief practice quiz for each section as you complete the video lessons, so you're not just all over the place.
my strategy is to finish the Magoosh training entirely, and then just do multiple practice tests, and see where I am still screwing up / needing improvement.
