What are you all looking for when reviewing a first year analysts resume? Kind of the awkward spot where you're 9 months in and have some relevant experience and some deal highlights but not sure where to draw the line with previous internships and college info
Personally I'm in Capital Markets Origination and will be dusting off the resume for a potential lateral move....
