Wondering if everyone noticed a weird incongruity in the skill sets and experiences of many senior analysts and fresh post-MBA associates and the weird dynamic where for a good while the associates have to ask the analysts what to do, not the other way around.
Also would like to hear if people have noticed a strong backlash directed at new hires from internal promotes.
