2 months left of banking?

I have yet to see a thread on this... But to all of us who now have only 2 months left (and counting...) of this god-awful banking experience and are moving on to bigger and better things 1) Congrats - we made it 2) Any tips on cruising through for the next 2 months?

I've definitely been slacking off...left at 6pm all of last week and didn't even come in on Friday. But I still want to get a good 2nd year bonus (or maybe I don't really care anymore)...and I imagine I'm going to get staffed on stupid pitches (since there's not enough time to put me on a legit deal).

I also don't really care if I burn any bridges here. The guys who I like are happy for me and won't mind me checking out, and the bitches who hate because they're still stuck in banking - well, fuck them.

So what are you guys doing - are you going to keep working hard and go out strong? Are you going to slack off, and if so how will you manage the staffer/associates?

I've been checked out for about two months already, though I'm not 100% secured for post-second year (as of now, I'm staying on for a third year but I think that will change shortly). Fortunately, I've become an expert of making it seem like I'm jammed but constantly turning around perfect work in a very efficient manner in a way that doesn't make it look like I'm slacking. I've also done a great job of cutting out the middle man, so there's a lot less bullshit flowing downstream. It has made for a reasonably decent 2011 thus far, and I don't foresee it getting worse.
