2 Weeks Notice
Is giving a 2 weeks notice for IB mandatory? I'm pretty sure there is nothing about this in my employment contract, so was wondering if I could just quit a few days in advance rather than formally submitting a 2 weeks to my manager.

You are likely in a right to work state with at-will employment and no formal contract. You can quit with no notice at all if you want, it's not mandatory to give notice, just courtesy. Damage to reputation is the only thing that you need to worry about here.
