200K dollar salaries for fresh b-school grads?

I came across this article yesterday which talks about how some students from a top Indian b-school grabbed salaries of 200K $ an year from Barclays Capital. http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/India/IIM-C-gr…

I am wondering if these figures are true. From my knowledge of Indian b-schools, I can say that these students would mostly be young graduates without any significant pre-MBA experience. I want to know if such salaries are possible for fresh b-school grads in these times. Is it possible that these salary figures would include bonus amounts or some other expenses?
