2011 Schwesser Notes for the CFA

Have the 2011 schwesser notes but am taking the level I in Dec 2013. Should I spend the $500 to get the 2013 edition, or will the 2011 notes work? Just trying to see whether there's a lot of variability year over year in the questions tested / notes written.

they're practically the same, however if you aren't retarded and know how to use torrent it's VERY easy to find.

Also interested. I have books from 2010 but ebooks from 2012 and 2013? Would that combo work? Are the books for June 2013 the same as for December 2013?

Go online, and look at what has changed from year to year. There might be a couple of new topics and some topics that are gone. For the new topics just use the official note to study it. We are talking about 10 LOS max here... So even if you don't know them, you are still most likely going to pass and miss 3 questions... I used a two year old schwesser review for level II and passed. It's quasi identical. Same for level I i used the ones for the year before. I am quite against torrent by principle, so I'd recommend just use the old books and look at what has changed.
