I work at a MM firm and just got my bonus a week ago; $10k. Granted I just worked 6 months after graduating from undergrad and received a sign-on bonus, is $10k too little?

What was deal flow like over that time? Also, do they like you?
2 deal over 1 mm in fees. They do like me but since i am relatively new they had a few performance related concerns. But does that have any bearing to it.
Do performance related concerns have any bearing on your bonus? I would say quite possibly, especially at a middle market...many of the BBs may pay a flat stub to everyone. But that is a terrible six month stub so it could indicate that they docked you on performance which is certainly not unreasonable.
