I'd imagine its a pretty big issue if you miss all or almost all of training. I'd start talking to HR and Visa people both right away

Whats the normal start date?
Mine's August 4th, basically beginning of Fall. I also have Visa issues, but the firm said they would have it sorted it out before August.
