FTP does OCR for our school.
As stated on previous threads I hear that it has more of a sweatshop vibe pay is on par with street if not slightly under (-10k). Lean deal teams with huge deals (as you can see on their website). Decent people doesn't seem too bad, expect excellence but no need of facetime.
