Hoping to grab some insight from those who have been though a few cycles of IB bonuses as to what you expect this year as it relates to turnover. I know for the most part people wait until bonuses hit bank accounts before giving their notice, but wondering if anyone has an idea of what to expect for turnover this year based on bonus projections and market conditions. What are the driving factors for turnover outside of comp?
