Blackstone’s Diverse Leaders Program is a unique 1.5 day experience among financial firms, giving participants early exposure to finance and business through interactive information seminars, networking, and skill-building sessions. The program is open to sophomores who are interested in exploring a career in the financial services industry.

Program participants will have the opportunity to interact with business and recruiting professionals at Blackstone’s headquarters in New York City. The Blackstone Diverse Leaders Program introduces the knowledge, training, and skills necessary to a well-guided career path.

Program date: Thursday, March 1 through Friday, March 2nd Class: Fall 2019 – Spring 2020 Application due: January 1, 2018
