Thought it would be a good idea to start a thread on the West Coast recruiting timeline for summer analyst positions since recruiting seems to run separately from NYC banks. Heard some stories about recruiting being pushed up like NYC, but after talking to a few bankers I got the impression things will not start ramping up until late July/August. Are any of the banks in LA/SF doing accelerated recruiting for target applicants?
