2019 Deal Flow - Group Sentiment

Closed M&A deal volume for transactions exceeding $100 million is down ~30% since May 2016 on an LTM basis and trade tensions with China and Mexico certainly aren't going to help the case in months to come... That said, I figured it would be additive to the community here to try and get a pulse on any group-specific dynamics that you are experiencing.
