2019 Evercore FT Investment Banking Interview

Hey guys, wanted to ask some insights about Evercore FT Interview Process. I have a first round next week and would appreciate any insights regarding questions they ask/focus on, structure and etc. I don't have any IB background and doing MO right now so won't have any deals to talk about. I attend a Non-Target 3.9 GPA

FT hiring there is limited ( will interview >15 candidates for 5 spots) and you will be interviewing against kids who are trying to trade up names or jump from BB to EB as well as top target kids who spent the summer at mega funds (and probably skipped the first round interview all together). You got your foot in the door so anything is possible. Your best chance is to make a really good personal impression on as many of them as possible (on top of crushing the technicals). Don't be discouraged if you crush the technicals and they still go in a different direction. Full time recruiting is an absolute blood bath.
