2019 IBD Non-Diversity 1st Round/Superday Updates

sifted through the discussions and wanted to isolate a forum topic for any 2019 SA regular (non-diversity) applicants to IBD. Would definitely appreciate any updates/offers here also regarding interview experiences (if you've encountered any/frequency of hirevue, behavioral/technical questions, any paper modeling, macro knowledge(interest rates, news, etc), brainteasers), as interview season is coming up.

Also, would appreciate any clarifications on updates (ie. If you or someone you know got an offer, were you part of a special program or early action/networked excessively hard?) Just trying to minimize the amount of stress this forum creates.

For boutiques, right? Not BB? I havent heard much from BBs besides from diversity --> referring to New York offices (though I'm not sure how people are getting offers from different offices when the applications aren't even open yet)..

I know plenty of candidates that're non-diversity and have offers from BBs too... I've heard that a lot of the SF offices are totally filled. Some of those are because people received accelerated Superdays due to offers @ boutiques, but it's also because a lot of banks, BBs included, just started super early this year. It seems like some BBs are going to go for another round of recruiting either later in the summer or beginning of fall...

There's two entire threads about how pretty much all major banks had their applications open & the deadlines have passed for most. Search WSO and you'll find them.

Ppl above have already addressed EB's and as you can tell those went fast (with the exception of Lazard and Centerview)

To my understanding, all major BB's have started their process for both target/non-target kids. GS + JPM have been going on for a while. At MS obviously the app hasn't opened, but kids have gotten interviews from heavy networking/exploding offers. I also have friends with offers from BAML, CS, Citi and I think (emphasis on think) those processes are rolling now.

Ah. I got the hirevue from JPM a few months ago, but havent heard back since, so I guess that one really did it in for me there. I heard BAML had accelerated as well...your school's recruiting team decides everything and I wish alumni were a little more responsive compared to some other schools
