Hey guys, since the summer is midway for most banks thought we could start a discussion on what we've been hearing about what return offer rates will look like this summer. I'm at an EB, and analysts seem to be reiterating that return offer rates should be similar to past years (close to 100% at my bank), but who knows what headcount HR is shooting for. If any full timer bankers with the inside scoop could chime in too, that would be immensely helpful.

This is gonna vary so much from bank to bank, your best bet is to get a feel for how you're getting along with the analysts you're staffed with. They're the ones who are gonna review you be 90% of the reason you do or don't get an offer.
