2021 IBD full-time start date out?

Have BBs communicated start dates for incoming FT 2021? Typically start in July or summer, but anyone has insight into exact dates in previous years?

Also interested in knowing if all analyst/associate class have the same start date for onboarding and training purposes, or is that negotiated individually?

“I like how julian creates questions based on our resumes. The interview feels more personal and similar to questions an interviewer might ask. I also appreciate how he ramps up the difficulty of his question. It started off easy and a lot harder. However, sometimes I don't feel like I'm being tested on the correct stuff. For example, the content I am learning from the mergers and inquisitions 400 question guide isn't being tested at all. But it makes sense since you will not be tested over that.”
