Recently applied for the 2023 GS Bridge to Banking Program but saw my online application status from 'Under Consideration' to 'Not Retained' a day later. Does anyone know if this is a hard reject or simply a system glitch with potential room for Hirevue as next step?

I just saw this post and checked my application. Same status - not retained. Honestly pretty surprised, figured I had exactly the background they wanted...M7 URM with financial services background just not banking.
Did you apply close to deadline? Also don't think they're looking for MBAs for this specific program..
Oh really? I saw some from last year's class had an M7 MBA as well (and given they mentioned a strong academic record thought it would help). I applied last Thursday (4/6). I also have a Masters in Accounting so felt it was a good fit. Do you know of similar programs accepting applications?
