2024 Non-Diversity Sophomore Summer Programs?

Hello everyone -

clueless rising sophomore at a target school (HYPW) here. i literally have no idea what i am doing lol.

it looks like several BBs and EBs have opened up sophomore applications for summer of 2024. i am not a diversity applicant, although it looks like all (?) of these programs are aggressively meant for diversity applicants. is there a chance for me if i apply at these places? are there any places that are not recruiting for diversity in sophomore interns?

From my knowledge, BofA’s soph program is not heavily diversity driven. But BBs take so few sophomore interns anyways even for diverse candidates, so your best shot would still be at a smaller ib / fund and it shouldn’t put you at much disadvantage.
