2025 Grad IB Options
I’m graduating in May from a target school and currently don’t have an offer in hand. I interned in MM IB last summer but didn’t recieve a return offer. Since then, I’ve networked with a bunch of MM firms and recieved superdays at a few but unfortunately wasn’t able to convert to an offer. I am now weighing my options between doing a 1 year masters program (vandy/duke/northwestern) vs looking for a boutique bank. How do I find reputable boutique banks that might be hiring? I’ve heard that they hire more on an off-cycle basis so just curious to hear what the best way to go about doing that might be? I would really apreiate any and all advice. Thanks :)
