26 y/o going to DC Part Time MBA Program

I'm a 26 year old corporate financial analyst, working in the DC Area. I am applying to part time MBA programs around the DC area (Georgetown, UMD Smith, George Washington, and American). Assuming I get into all of them, what is the best program to do a career pivot into IB? In also looking to stay in DC after graduation, so I'm looking for a more boutique firm.

Any advice is welcome, but I am certain that the school and future firm has to be in DC Area.

I believe both UMD Smith and Gtown have the possibility of a dual degree MBA/MSF, though it will take longer and I don't know how reputable those MSF Programs are or if it would even be worth it
