Depends how many interviews you have on the table. Phone interviews are much more difficult. You can't measure tone at times, cannot see your interviewer or read his/her gestures. In-person interviews are more memorable, and you can make a bigger impact. If you only have a few interviews, this may be worth it. On the other hand, a phone interview can't hurt, and you can use a cheat sheet and look at your resume while you are speaking.
