2nd year base salary

Hey everyone taking a quick survey. What Is the standard salary for people entering their second year these days in NYC. If you can, salary and group (ibd, PE, S&T, hedge fund, other buy side, etc) and either the name of the firm or the size would be helpful as well. Just looking to get some numbers on second years's starting salary.

Thanks.
