3-statement modeling

My goal is to sell the skill set that I am developing from my job and break into investment banking. I am currently working as a Financial Analyst for a private mREIT that specializes in the acquisition, securitization and sale of high yield debt obligations. My role involves underwriting mortgages that are later securitized and sold to investment firms as MBS pools. As part of the underwriting process we produce ratio analysis, draw assumptions and project the borrowers' income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement. Can I call this 3 statement modeling?
