35 year old that died at BofA last year & potential strike
I remember seeing on this forum that a potential strike for juniors was being organized following the passing of a BofA M&A team member. I found the forum and it hasn't been active for a year. Anyone organizing a strike or creating demands for workers in IB currently? I'm fed up with being treated like $120k is enough to throw my life away in this economy...

well that's unfortunate but thanks for the heads up... heard of any other similar actions going on? trying to figure out the best way to go about organizing something like that but don't want to fall on my face
