I remember seeing on this forum that a potential strike for juniors was being organized following the passing of a BofA M&A team member. I found the forum and it hasn't been active for a year. Anyone organizing a strike or creating demands for workers in IB currently? I'm fed up with being treated like $120k is enough to throw my life away in this economy...
