In the employment application form, I forget to mention my part-time experience of making pizzas in the University Dinning Hall during sophomore year. Is that going to cause any trouble? (Cuz it says the employment history must be complete and accurate) I am a little bit worried and I appreciate your reply.

no, don't worry. i interned 'briefly' at a large consulting company. however, i didn't finish my internship so didn't bother to list it on my resume or application when i was looking for an internship the following year. making up is a definite no-no but leaving out is typically fine. at least my background check company didn't say anything.
