All,
I have been recently promoted to associate in my bank (American BB), as part of my promotion, I was communicated that I would receive a £25k bonus, however, I am planning on leaving my bank as soon as the lateral market recovers (hopefully before year end).
Do these promotion bonuses usually have a clawback provision? When I was communicated the news, no one mentioned it and I have not signed any paper.
