I know they payed their managers 29 million nok in bonuses last year, (1$= 6,8 nok)after their weakest result ever. Also, they gave the boot to 10% (26) of their staff last year, and are looking to cut another 10%.
On another note, they're a respected firm in Norway, my impression is they're more solid than flashy.
