thanks - in IBD as well? and how long does the associate cycle last? 3 or 4y?
anyone knows how they are rolling this change at MS?
Associate 0 for 9 months, then Associate 1, 2, 3.

so it seems that at MS effectively the total length of the path to VP does not change, as they are promoting to associate earlier (2y into the job) but also lengthening the associate years (4y instead of 3) - seems fair
