Accelerating Offers Etiquette/How To

I received an offer at a top EB and am interested in asking for accelerated processes at GS/MS. I'm not currently in their process but have networked at both. Who should I contact? Should I mention the name of the firm I got an offer at or only mention it on the phone? Should I ask for another phone call? What's the most polite and direct way to phrase "the ask"?
